Sue has enjoyed a career in e-Learning for over thirty years and still remains passionate about it. Sue was one of the first people to work in interactive training, starting with Control Data's PLATO system, then ICL
Fujitsu, then as a Director and founding member of TutorPro, where she spent
eight years setting up the US and UK legal sectors. She has worked with the Foreign Office, Inland Revenue, Ministry of Defence, Astra Zeneca and many law firms. Sue has a degree in French and Spanish. Her personal goal is to help customers be outstandingly successful with e-Learning, making it easy to
create, implement, and support. |

Marion Deland |

After writing, editing and managing corporate publications, Marion switched to technology support and training. Marion is an accomplished developer of technology training, documentation and e-Learning. She has been involved in training development and project management in leading corporations and law firms for more than fifteen years. She is a firm believer that if learning is meaningful to people, they will want to learn.
Marion Deland's distinctive voice, which provides the audio in her "For Busy People" courseware, combines her childhood in Australia and England and her current life in New York City. Her career, she says, "has been constantly evolving." |

Consuelo Rockliff-Stein is a seasoned technology trainer who combines software expertise with compassion for her students to create a safe and fruitful learning environment, with the ultimate goal of increasing productivity through effective education. She has worked in major law firms in the New York area for over
twenty-five years, providing support in many capacities. As a technology trainer, Consuelo provides curriculum development and tracking, documentation, and training delivery.
Consuelo is a subject matter expert in the Microsoft Office Suite and holds MOS, MCAS
and Distance Learning Technology certifications. She is a member of the Professional Legal Trainers Group. |

Jo Pearson |

Jo Pearson has been designing and writing e-Learning courses for the past ten years. In 2000, Jo completed the Institute of IT Training's Online Trainer Course, and has built on the knowledge
she gained there by creating over a hundred courses on a variety of subjects for a number of
comapnies both in the UK and in the US. This, together with her experience of delivering face-to-face training, writing user manuals, application help, scripts for instructor-led training and just-in-time 'how to' guides, has contributed to Jo's extensive experience of effectively communicating information to a wide variety of people ranging from junior staff to senior executives. |

Ian Brown is a customer-focused consultant who enhances the CAPENSYS team with his experience in support, product development and implementation of e-Learning and policy dissemination tools. His previous customers have included NATO, BBC, Siemens , OTTO UK and a number of
government departments including BIS (formerly DTI/BERR) and the National Audit Office. Ian is a member of the England Masters Hockey squad. |

Craig Keller |

Craig has developed education strategies and technology
plans for mid-sized to large law firms globally. With over 25 years of
experience, Craig has provided technology consulting and training
services to Fortune 500 companies and has worked with many of the AMLaw
200 law firms. He has always driven the importance of using technology
to achieve business goals through effective training/support programs.
Craig used to be a CIO at an LA based firm, Nossaman, where he was able
to help them become a genuine Changing Organization that could implement
and adapt to changes quickly in order to maintain a continuous
competitive advantage. After leaving Nossaman, he co-founded Esquire
Innovations in 2002.
Craig is passionate about training and its pivotal role in assisting
organizations with developing clear business goals that utilize
technology innovations to achieve them. |

Janis Richman |

Janis was a Manager at Baker Robbins for nine years, where she performed a diverse range of consulting services, such as business process reviews and workflow analyses in a variety of law firms and consulted with clients on goal-based learning and performance techniques. She designed, managed and trained matter centric computing environments for Interwoven document management.
Janis provides consulting services around goal-based learning and performance techniques, including design, evaluation, performance management and scenario-based curriculum development. Janis is experienced in marketing communications and change management. She has exceptional user interface design skills for custom applications and add-ins. Her expertise includes:
strategic planning for training, business analysis and systems requirements,
scenario-based e-Learning, designing, developing and training matter centricity.
Janis has Masters degrees from Antioch University in Clinical Psychology and Health Services Administration and is certified in
the Kirkpatrick Four Level Evaluation Program. |
