The Capensys AngelSuite of Learning Tools is a ground-breaking training delivery system that enables each person to have easy, just-in-time access to all the training they need for both initial and on-going training. Resource Gateway and Library

The Resource Gateway brings all your training materials into one Table of Contents. It acts as a content management system for any quick reference guides, internal or external e-learning modules, videos, or even useful links. It acts as the gateway to all your own training resources and any third-party material you may wish to make more readily available.

Gateway Resources are searchable for ease of access. You can e-mail resources to other people straight from this page (great for the Help Desk), print them, get hot-line training support, or see related training materials.

Pathfinder

Pathfinder is at the heart of Goal-Based training. Users select their role in the firm and a clever algorithm generates a series of relevant work statements based on the tasks used to accomplish their goals and how they go about them. Once they have made their selections, the diagnostic tool generates a series of training recommendations and links specifically for them.

Pathfinders are built on a specific set of workflow statements developed by Capensys. These statements accurately reflect what a person does at their job, how they interact with clients, as well as how they create, edit, review and file their documents. They allow users to identify their common tasks and how they perform them. The responses are then used to generate a recommended training path that helps the user achieve personal learning goals. The recommended training path can include e-learning, workshops, or one-on-one coaching with the firm’s trainers.

The Pathfinder can be used for any type of training such as new hire, compliance, and rollouts of Document Management systems, MSOffice, Macro Packages, CRM and more.

Coach

The Coach is our context-sensitive support tool that brings an entirely new dimension to learning by making it available exactly when you need it–right from the relevant part of the application. The Coach is context-sensitive in all applications, so users have immediate access to Quick Reference Guides, e-learning, PDFs, videos and any other relevant learning materials. Your Help Desk can e-mail links to the relevant piece of training straight from the Coach, giving instant training to users just when they need it.

The Coach:

  • Makes training and reference materials immediately available.
  • Places links to any training and reference materials available (e-learning content, documents, links to web pages, videos, etc.) in any application on your desktop.
  • Indicates when training is available for a topic by changing the look of the cursor to a Halo (or any icon you choose). When the user right-clicks, it opens a new window and launches the appropriate interactive training, video or quick reference guide.
  • Comes populated with our content, and you can also add your own. The Coach will launch anything with a valid URL or shared file location, so you can re-purpose your existing quick reference guides, RoboHelp7 or e-learning material to bring them closer to the user.
