Our Complete! rollout services start at the planning stages of your rollout with a tailorable Marketing Plan, Training Plan and a ready-made Learning Objectives Matrix to save you time.
Users are given training that mirrors what they do on a daily basis and gets them operational on day one without over-training them. At rollout, we provide communication pieces to announce and market the new system, then use the Pathfinder to tailor scenario-based e-learning for each user.
The preliminary e-learning is followed by hands-on workshops, either onsite or via webinar, to put in practice what has been introduced in the e-learning. Following rollout, we offer floor support, a training hot-line, and the Resource Gateway to make available all the on-line reference and e-learning snippets for just-in-time coaching.
Most importantly, we offer Context-Sensitive Coaching right from the application.
