The Angel
Tips and help right from the application to reduce support calls.

The context-sensitive Angel recognizes the location of the mouse in an application (for instance the Margins button on the Page Layout tab in Word 2007), and alerts users when relevant training is available. The tool links users directly through to appropriate interactive training, video or quick reference guide. So if a user is having problems applying Styles, for instance, and the cursor is in the Styles area of Word, the user can click through to the Angel Resource Gateway for a menu of styles-related training options. From the Gateway, users can also search for training on other topics.

The Angel is context-sensitive in most IT applications, and is searchable. It can be applied to any type of training or information. You can bring your own training material into the limelight by making it context-sensitive and easily available.
